1. Web Interface
• The web interface gives each user the ability to access and manage their emails.
• From the home page individuals can search and restore archived mail, identify and release quarantined mail, and
add or remove domains from their white/blacklist.
2. Email Archive Search
• Powerful Search Functionality

Search functionality allows records to be located by mulitple criteria.
• Search by Subject and Keywords

Locate records according to the email’s subject heading.

Search according to keywords in the body of the email.
• Search by Date

Locate records according to date; this can be across multiple years.
• Search by Correspondent or Domain


Identify correspondence to/from a specific individual or entire domain.
• Search by Attachment


Specify the type of attachment or specific file name.
• Classification

Limit search to email classification.
• Direction

Limit search to correspondence direction: inbound, outbound or both.
3. Search Results
• Search results displayed in familiar layout, allowing users to select, read and restore emails quickly.

4. Administrator Home Page
• Administrators have additional access for account management and searches across the entire domain.
