Email archiving is a way of recording, storing and providing an audit trail for every email sent and recieved by a company, in a way that the email data can be retrieved when required but cannot be tampered with.
Is Corpex Email Archiving a boxed software product?
No. It is a managed service, operated at a secure Corpex data centre in London, UK.
What is the retention period?
The standard retention period is 7 years, however this can be customised as required.
Is it disruptive or difficult to set up?
No, it is straightforward and, regardless of how many email users you have in your company, it is easy to set-up and administer.
Do we have to be an existing Corpex customer?
No, any company can use our Email Archiving services, irrespective of which service provider you use for other Internet services.
Do I have to have a certain number of employees to subscribe to Corpex Email Archiving?
No, our Email Archiving is cost effective and pertinent for companies both large and small.
How can we manage our archived email?
Administrators have full control over which users are included in the archive, their individual retention periods, who has access to the archive, and whether users can restore individual messages from the archive back into their mailbox.
Can I, as the administrator account, view all company emails?
Yes, the administrator for each account can view the emails for all email addresses under that domain name. Statistical information is also available across all email addresses to this user.
Can users remotely access archived emails?
Yes, users can access their archived emails via any web browser.
